The Mail on Sunday is reporting that David Cameron has finally decided to back plans to de-select husband and wife Cheshire MPs Ann & Nicholas Winterton. The two were recently found guilty by the Parliamentary Commissioner of having broken the rules by claiming rent for a flat they already owned.They also refused Cameron's order to publish thier expenses on the Tory website.

Ann & Nicholas Winterton MP have both been found guilty by the Parliamentary Commissioner of misusing thier expenses. Despite being told in Feb 2007 that thier arrangements were 'inconsistent' with the rules they carried on claiming the allowance erroneously until it was exposed by the media in Feb this year.
