Conservatives Withdraw Whip from Bob Spink

The Conservatives have withdrawn the whip from Bob Spink, MP for Castle Point.
According to the BBC, Spink told MPs he had resigned over the conservative's failure to deal with serious "criminal and other irregularities".
Later a spokesman for the Conservative Party said it had withdrawn the whip from Mr Spink.
