It seems that the tranche of members who joined (or rejoined) on the promise of having their say in what turned out to be the non-existent leadership election, are now to be twice denied.  The cut-off dates for member applicability in Parliamentary Selections go back to early March 2007.

That's a double mis-representation - and is completely out of order.
