Boris Johnson hits back at "right wing claims"

The Tory boy wonder, Boris Johnson has told PinkNews.co.uk  that he rejects homophobia and other claims.

"They have gone through 20 years of articles in the hope of finding any phrase they can distort to the point of giving a completely false impression of what I believe."

Re: Boris Johnson hits back (#1)

I think that it would be best to avoid these kind of personal attacks. Boris Johnson has yet to be selected. Remember the Tories have a habit of not picking the favourite. David Davis ring any bells?

Re: Boris Johnson hits back (#2)

Hang on:

Boris is now saying: "They have gone through 20 years of articles in the hope of finding any phrase they can distort to the point of giving a completely false impression of what I believe.[italics added]"

The quote he used in 2001 was:
"If gay marriage was OK – and I was uncertain on the issue – then I saw no reason in principle why a union should not be consecrated between three men, as well as two men; or indeed three men and a dog."
Sorry Boris - how is that a distortion?

What on earth could he have meant that made the quote above completely false?

He should at least have the courage to defend or contextualise the comment or apologise for it completely.

Re: Boris Johnson hits back (#3)

is he suggesting we legalise bestiality? how do you ensure consent with a dog? Boris? we need answers!

Re: Boris Johnson hits back (#4)

3 men? would that be trigonometry?
Well, you need only go back one year for enough damning evidence of Bonzo Boris's complete incompetence and unsuitability for any public office. The man is a complete basket case of prejudices and lack of judgement.
