The Tories have chosen their candidate to challenge for Nottingham South. It's Rowena Holland, a district councillor from Leicestershire. Conservativehome doesn't seem to know very much about her either.

When's the selection taking place for the Labour candidate?

Don't know yet, still waiting for the NEC to decide whether it will be a woman only shortlist. Everyone's assuming it will be by the end of the year.
