It is very interesting. Hain proposes a 'libertarian socialism', drawing on the forgotten heritage of Guild Socialism and other decentralist concepts of socialism. In spite of the fact that Hain himself seems to have drifted somewhat from his position in this book, I think that it is well worth revisiting. I'd encourage others to have a look at it.
