Sky's political editor Adam Boulton said that from the legal sources he had spoken to there are unlikely to be any charges and it's a just a question of the CPS going through procedure and then getting the files checked by someone independent.

OTOH the Dail Mail reports Levy and Turner 'WILL be charged'. I'm pretty doubtful that any of these press opinions on the CPS outcome have much value.
