With all the flooding in the country, has anyone seen our David - the Minister that slashed the Environment agency flood defence budget. If seen, please email helpline@defra.gsi.gov.uk as the department would like to know his whearabouts.

well if he's slashing budgets at DEFRA, what makes people think he would be good with the budget at the Treasury?

Well why does the fact that he's 'slashing budgets' automatically make him bad at managing budgets?

Cos.. as Defra minister it his job to inprove flood defences, due to his much vanted climet change "responsbilitys". He's all mouth and no trousers.

Well, if the Chancellor decides that DEFRA gets less money, that's hardly Miliband's fault.
