Tickets
Tickets are £15 for Young Fabians and £20 for non Young Fabians in advance and a flat rate of £20 for everyone on the night.

If you would like a ticket then please email boatparty@youngfabians.org.uk to reserve your ticket(s) and then send a cheque made payable to the Young Fabians to the Fabian Society, 11 Dartmouth Street, London, SW1H 9BN.

Places are not guaranteed until we receive payment. Anyone not already a member and wishing to join to receive the £15 rate should please print off a membership form from our website and send it in along with a cheque/direct debit form to cover membership and a separate cheque for the boat party (at the members rate).

Anyone buying tickets on the night will be charged a flat rate of £20, members and non-members alike and it will not be possible to take out membership to secure a discount. This is simply due to the logistics of running the evening and the need to keep things simple. We are however expecting this year's party to be heavily oversubscribed so we strongly advise people to buy their tickets in advance.

Embarkation/Disembarkation
People need to arrive at Westminster Pier (just next to Westminster tube station) for 7.00pm where their name will be checked and they will be given a ticket so that they can board the boat. Please allow plenty of time as we only have a 15 minute slot to get everyone aboard the boat so it is important that we have had time to register everyone.

The boat will then arrive back at Westminster Pier at 11.30pm. There are no stops during the trip so unless people are at Westminster Pier for 7.00pm in time to board then they can't join the party.

Food and Drink
After last year's rather uninspiring `bouncing buffet' we've decided not to provide food on the boat and to lower the ticket price and give you all a free glass of bubbly on arrival instead, so please, please, please have something to eat before boarding the boat!

The bar is a cash bar, so please make sure to bring plenty of money with you and please also note that the owners of the boat are quite clear that anyone caught bringing alcohol onto the boat will be thrown off (hopefully with a life jacket) and that they then have the right to cancel the whole evening. So please don't risk ruining the night for yourself and others by attempting a touch of smuggling.

Music
Everyone's favourite, 3's a Crowd are booked to play two one-hour sets so be sure to wear your dancing shoes.

Dress Code
This year we'd like you all to dress to impress. Translated that means please don't turn up in jeans and trainers but other than that let your imagination run wild..... And finally... Please bear in mind that we are organising this in our spare time and be patient if it perhaps takes us a couple of days to get back to your e-mails and please be sure that the answers to any questions you might have are not already included in the above information.
