With the reorganisation of the Home Office due in May, the focus of the Home Office is evolving. As this takes place, Home Secretary John Reid will set out his view on how at the heart of international security concerns, there frequently lies a battle over natural resources - the Arab-Israeli conflict and water supply in the region being a key instance. He will also speak on how the environment interacts with security issues at a domestic level. A question & answer session follows his speech.
