Today the report was published by the IPCC exonerating the police officer of any blame for the shooting in Forest Gate. Apparently the highly trained tactical support officer accidentally shot Mohammed Abdul Kahar! It is however a remarkable coincidence that on the day the report is released the police leak that Mr Kahar has been arrested for downloading child pornography. I am sure that our brave police officers do not intend to defer discussion from the IPCC findings.
